INGREDIENTS
- 1 BBQ Pulled Jackfruit 10 oz. package
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or mayo alternative
- 1 cup kimchi
- Lime, quartered
- Cilantro
- 1 package slider buns
- Additions to BBQ Jackfruit:
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp gochujang or sriracha
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp minced ginger
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- Course ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Add BBQ Pulled Jackfruit to a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add rice wine vinegar, gochujang, garlic, ginger and sesame oil to the BBQ Pulled Jackfruit and stir. Season with a few grinds of fresh ground black pepper to taste.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, until heated through.
- On each slider bun, add mayo, BBQ jackfruit, kimchi, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime. Enjoy!
