KOREAN BBQ JACKFRUIT SLIDERS

A little sweet, a little spicy, and really delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 BBQ Pulled Jackfruit 10 oz. package
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or mayo alternative 
  • 1 cup kimchi 
  • Lime, quartered 
  • Cilantro 
  • 1 package slider buns 
  • Additions to BBQ Jackfruit: 
    • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar 
    • 1 tsp gochujang or sriracha 
    • ½ tsp minced garlic 
    • ½ tsp minced ginger 
    • ¼ tsp sesame oil 
    • Course ground black pepper 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add BBQ Pulled Jackfruit to a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add rice wine vinegar, gochujang, garlic, ginger and sesame oil to the BBQ Pulled Jackfruit and stir. Season with a few grinds of fresh ground black pepper to taste.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes, until heated through. 
  4. On each slider bun, add mayo, BBQ jackfruit, kimchi, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime. Enjoy!
