INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tex-Mex Pulled Jackfruit 10 oz. package
- 10 oz hummus
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- Aleppo pepper, for garnish
- Freshly chopped cilantro, for garnish
- Warmed naan, pita or sliced cucumbers for serving
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the Tex-Mex Pulled Jackfruit to package directions.
- In a bowl, combine hummus, turmeric, cumin, paprika, garam masala and olive oil. Stir to combine.
- On a medium plate, add hummus mixture and spread out into a circle using the back of a spoon. Top hummus with half of the Tex-Mex Pulled Jackfruit.
- Using a spoon, drizzle on more of the ginger turmeric sauce from the Tex-Mex Pulled Jackfruit, along with more olive oil, if desired.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and aleppo pepper. Serve with warmed naan or cucumbers for dipping.
