STUFFED JACKFRUIT BELL PEPPERS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare Tex-Mex Pulled Jackfruit using instructions on package. 
  2. Once the Tex-Mex Pulled Jackfruit is prepared, preheat oven to 350 F degrees. 
  3. Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds with a small spoon.  
  4. Place on a lined baking sheet cut side up and scoop cooked Tex-Mex Pulled Jackfruit into each bell pepper & bake for 15 minutes.  
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese of your choice & return to the oven and bake for another 2 minutes, until warmed through and cheese is golden brown and melted.  
  6. Top with cilantro and serve.
