INGREDIENTS
- 1 BBQ Pulled Jackfruit 10 oz. package
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- Bao buns
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt. Add the cucumber slices to the bowl and toss to coat. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
- While the cucumbers are marinating, heat the BBQ Pulled Jackfruit in a skillet on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until hot. Alternatively, tear the pouch 2 inches to vent and heat in the microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Open each bao bun and stuff with the warmed BBQ Pulled Jackfruit, and pickled vegetables
