Move over, BLT. There's a better, plant-based sandwich in town.

One of the best things about summertime is the abundance of fresh, peak-season produce the warmest months bring. As soon as juicy, colorful heirloom tomatoes hit the markets, we find ourselves adding them to everything and anything. However, we have yet to find a better preparation than this simple sandwich.

A bright, plant-based twist on a classic American sandwich, this JLT perfectly highlights a ripe tomato by pairing it with crispy, savory Pulled Smoked Jackfruit, cool, crisp lettuce, and creamy vegan mayo. We recommend packing one for lunch, and enjoying it al fresco.
