JACKFRUIT CURRY RICE BOWL

Our Tikka Masala is a perfect topping for a rice or grain bowl. Super simple, wholesome and delicious – cook up some rice, stir-fry a bunch of veggies, and top it off with our Tikka Masala Jackfruit. Yum!

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare the desired amount of Basmati rice according to package instruction.
  2. In a saucepan or skillet, mix the Tikka Masala Chopped Jackfruit and peas and heat over medium heat for 4-6 minutes.
  3. Place Basmati rice into bowls and top with Tikka Masala Chopped Jackfruit and peas.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped scallions.
  5. Garnish with cilantro leaves (optional).
