10 oz hummus
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garam masala
1 tsp olive oil, plus more for drizzling
Aleppo pepper, for garnish
Freshly chopped cilantro, for garnish
Warmed naan, pita or sliced cucumbers for serving
Heat the Chickpeas + Spinach + Garam Masala Jackfruit Meal according to package directions. Break up any larger pieces of jackfruit with two forks.
In a bowl, combine hummus, turmeric, cumin, paprika, garam masala and olive oil. Stir to combine.
On a medium plate, add hummus mixture and spread out into a circle using the back of a spoon. Top hummus with half of the Jackfruit Meal. Using a spoon, drizzle on more of the ginger turmeric sauce from the Jackfruit Meal, along with more olive oil, if desired.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and aleppo pepper. Serve with warmed naan or cucumbers for dipping.
