1 package Teriyaki Jackfruit
1 head cauliflower, grated or riced in a food processor
1 c broccoli florets
1 c carrot, sliced
⅓ c chopped green onion
2 t sesame oil
1 t garlic, minced
1 T soy sauce or tamari
Heat sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Once oil is hot, add broccoli and carrots to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add Teriyaki Jackfruit, cooking for another few minutes and breaking up any large chunks. Add garlic, green onion (saving some for serving), cauliflower rice and soy sauce. Continue to stir frequently until mixed and cauliflower rice is fully cooked.
Top with sesame seeds and remaining green onions. Serve and dig in.
