INGREDIENTS
1 package Smoked Pulled Jackfruit
Salad or greens, like shredded brussels sprouts salad, green beans, spinach, etc
Mashed sweet potatoes or other potato dish
Stuffing
Cranberry sauce
Gravy
Your choice of bread, croissant, roll or bun
1 t rosemary, thyme and sage (optional)
1 T Oil
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add Smoked Pulled Jackfruit and season with thyme, sage and rosemary. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until jackfruit begins to caramelize.
While jackfruit cooks, heat stuffing, gravy and potatoes. Toast bread.
On your toasted bread or roll, add salad, mashed potatoes, stuffing, Smoked Jackfruit, cranberry sauce and gravy. Have some other leftovers that sound good? Get creative and pile them on! Top with your second piece of bread and enjoy Thanksgiving all over again.
