1 prebaked pizza or flatbread crust
½ c BBQ sauce (use your favorite brand, or make your own!)
½ c shredded plant-based mozzarella cheese
Red onion, thinly sliced
½ c coleslaw
Fresh ground black pepper
Preheat the oven according to pizza crust directions.
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat. Add Plant-Based Pulled Pork to the pan, spreading it out. Reduce heat to medium high.
Sauté for 2-3 minutes without stirring to create caramelization and crispy texture. Flip and repeat for another minute. Using tongs or two forks, shred jackfruit to create a pulled texture (can be transferred to a plate or done directly in the pan). Add the Plant-Based Pulled Pork back to the pan and add ¼ cup bbq sauce. Continue to saute until sauce thickens and fully covers the jackfruit. Remove from heat.
Using a spoon, spread remaining BBQ sauce onto your crust. Top with jackfruit, cheese and red onion. Bake according to crust directions.
Remove the pizza from the oven and cut. Top with coleslaw, fresh black pepper and more BBQ sauce if you’d like. Serve and enjoy!
