DATES: This Promotion begins at 12:00a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 05/06/2019 and ends at 11:59p.m. ET on 05/31/2019 (the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be legal US residents, with a shipping address in the US. Officers and employees of The Jackfruit Company (the “Sponsor”), their vendors and agents, and the immediate family members of the foregoing, are not eligible to win.
TO ENTER: Instagram: To participate, Instagram participants must be a follower of @thejackfruitco, have a valid, public Instagram account, post a photo of a meatless/vegetarian dish using The Jackfruit Company product(s), tag @thejackfruitco in the photo, and include the hashtag #KnowJack for an entry. One post that meets all of these guidelines counts as one (1) entry. A post that meets all of these guidelines and also shows The Jackfruit Company’s packaging or logo in the image gets an additional entry, for a total of 2. The Instagram app is available for iPhone at the iTunes® App Store or for Android devices at Google Play. There is no fee to download the Instagram app. Use of the Instagram app and any/all features is subject to the Instagram Terms of Use available at http://instagram.com/legal/terms/. Limit: one (1) Entry per person, per post that meets Eligibility Guidelines. A participant can enter the contest multiple times, as long as each entry post is unique in content (i.e. Multiple photos may be posted of the same dish as multiple entries, as long as the photos and captions are different from one another.) Only entries using the hashtag #KnowJack from public Instagram accounts with @thejackfruitco tagged in the image will be considered valid entries.
DRAWING/PRIZE: On each Friday during the Contest Period, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing, under the supervision of the Sponsor, from among all eligible entries received. There will be four (4) winners total, one for each week of the Contest Period. Each winner will receive a shipment of The Jackfruit Company product coupons, branded swag items, a set of eco-friendly bamboo cooking utensils, and that week’s designated kitchen tool. (Week 1: Instant Pot, Week 2: Dutch Oven, Week 3: mini Kitchenaide Mixer, Week 4: Vitamix blender.) Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received that week.
CONDITIONS: Potential Winner will be notified by a direct message to the Potential Winner’s Instagram Account, and will have 3 days within which to claim their prize, or an alternate winner will be selected, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No substitution or exchange of prize will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Entry at any time in the event it is determined that the Entry is offensive, inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsors’ images or if it is determined that the entrant has not otherwise complied with these Official Rules. Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the name, photograph and likeness of any entrant and/or winner, except where prohibited, for promotional purposes without further compensation. All taxes on prizes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to “hold harmless” the Sponsor, Instagram, and agents affiliated with this promotion for any and all damages that may result from acceptance of the prize offered and/or participation in the promotion. Entrants further agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons that may include without limitation infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Contest.
