BBQ Jackfruit, Kale & Quinoa bowl

  • ½ cup quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

BBQ Jackfruit Pizza

BBQ Jackfruit is a wonderful way to add a new spin to pizza. Feel free to use your favorite cheese in this recipe, along with your favorite toppings. This pizza can also be made on pita bread for quick individual pizzas, or on French bread for a heartier meal.


  • 12” pizza crust (either fresh or frozen pizza dough or prebaked pizza crust)
  • 1/3 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 8 ounce package shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Curry Jackfruit Naan Wrap

Makes 1 wrap

Tandoor baked naan is the perfect vehicle for curry jackfruit. Add some fresh vegetables and yogurt, and you have a complete meal. This wrap is also great made with parathas, chapatis, pita, lavash, or any other type of flat bread.

What you’ll need:

Curry Jackfruit Samosas

Makes 10-12 samosas

Samosas are a popular snack food in India and throughout South Asia and contain fillings of anything from potatoes to spinach to lamb. While they are traditionally fried, our lighter version is made with filo dough and baked in the oven. They can be made a day in advance and even frozen, unbaked, for up to a month.


  • 1 package frozen filo dough, defrosted
  • 1 package Jackfruit Company Curry Jackfruit
  • ½ cup diced carrots, cooked
  • ½ cup green peas, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Jackfruit tortilla soup

Makes 2-4 servings

This vegan take on a traditional Mexican tortilla soup replaces chicken with our Tex Mex Jackfruit. For an authentic touch, use a pasilla chile pepper to give it some heat. Otherwise, use chili powder.


  • 6 corn tortillas, cut into ¼ inch strips
